First; Post an ad in your local newspaper:
Start by calling to ask whether they have guidelines, deadlines, rights or ads on the regulations. See if they accept photos, if this is something that interests you, and ask if the images should be in black and white or in color. If they don't give strict guidelines, follow the example of the label: typically, the ads contain information about the two of you, including studies and career credentials, and the names of your parents.
